| Colour conversion – The high art of: white light.By using special phosphors, the monochromatic light of LEDs can be converted to broadband SPDs of defined wavelengths. The main area of application is the production of white light with high energy efficiency and precise wavelength control. For this very purpose of high-quality white light production, LUMITECH develops and produces a wide array of covering resins for the manufacture of COB LED modules, which are optimized for processing with automated dispensing devices (see business segment COB LED modules). |
| COB LED modules – Maximum energy efficiency.The greatest power densities on the smallest space are often the basis for unique selling points of various products on the market. Direct contacting of the semiconductors (LEDs) on PCBs allow for high luminous efficacy, energy-efficient operation, excellent thermo management, high packaging density and thus long-lasting and high-performance COB LED modules. LUMITECH provides high-quality COB LED modules (Chip On Board), either as a standard product or as a customer-specific development. |
